Come in and get comfortable! Mats, bolsters, blankets and eye masks are provided. You are welcome to bring your own pillow and some water. Wear comfortable, warm clothes and you'll be asked to remove your shoes. We recommend facing the back of the room before lying down so the soothing sounds of the instruments surround you.
I start off with some guided meditation. This helps to calm the body and mind in preparation for the sound bath. It is a good way to focus on something other than the outside world and everything else waiting on your 'to do' list.
Relax and enjoy. I use a combination of Tibetan Bowls, Crystal Singing Bowls, Koshi Chimes and a large Gong during my sound baths. Some people fall asleep for part of the session and that is completely fine. It means you are really relaxing! The session ends with some silence as you reflect on your own experience and come out of your sleep-like state.
